Chestnuts with marjoram

dried chestnuts
evo oil
dried marjoram
200 gr
to taste
to taste

Soak the dried chestnuts in cold water with a pinch of coarse salt and cook for 50 minutes, until soft and well
cooked on the inside. Drain and let the chestnuts cool. Finish by seasoning with oil and marjoram.
